It’s layered with fluffy shaved ice, creamy evaporated milk, sweet red beans, nata de coco, macapuno, kaong, jackfruit strips, vibrant jelly, silky ube halaya, crunchy corn flakes, whipped cream, a crisp waffle cone shard, and a cherry on top.
