Thank you for your interest in YYC Ice Cream Fest! Our goal is to support local businesses while helping Calgary Meals on Wheels ensure all of our neighbours are well-fed.

YYC Ice Cream Fest is an amazing opportunity to promote your local business and showcase your wares to a wider audience. Over the span of our many festivals, it has been proven that many of our community members try out multiple treats during our festivals and share their experiences on social media.

Participation in this event also supports Calgary Meals on Wheels. This means donated proceeds and registration fees all go towards providing affordable and nutritious meals to Calgarians.

IMPORTANT DATES for 2026

Early Bird Registration runs May 1 - May 29
Regular Registration runs May 30 - June 30
Late Registration runs July 1 - July 12

Signature treat submissions are due July 6
Vendors may reveal their signature treat after July 15

YYC Ice Cream Fest runs July 17 - August 16

Number of entries sold are due August 19 @ Noon
Winners announced August 21
Donations due prior to September 30
