Oreo Cookie Dough Ice Cream Sandwich
Our Oreo Cookie Dough Ice Cream Sandwich is made with our soft, rich cookie dough using classic black cocoa powder for that deep cookies & cream flavour. We press the dough into thin sandwich layers, then fill it with creamy house-made oreo ice cream for a treat that is chewy and nostalgic. It is simple, playful, and made for anyone who thinks the best part of cookies has always been the dough.
Cookie dough: heat-treated flour, sugar, butter, vanilla extract, black cocoa powder, Dutch cocoa powder, cream, salt. Ice cream: milk, cream, sugar, Oreo cookies, skim milk powder, sunflower lecithin, salt, stabilizer (guar gum, Locust Bean gum).
Note: there will be a gluten and dairy free version available that will be made with Almond ice cream, almond flour, and GF Oreos.
