Inspired by a favourite treat from summer days when the ice cream truck rolled through the neighbourhood, this limited-edition macaron is Ollia’s take on the classic orange creamsicle. Two ice cream cone shaped macaron shells are filled with vanilla ganache and orange creamsicle buttercream... Sweet, zesty and nostalgic!
Macaron Shells: Almond flour, sugar, egg white, cornstarch, water, gel colour Vanilla & Orange Creamsicle Filling: White chocolate (milk powder, cocoa butter, soy lecithin), whipping cream, vanilla bean paste (water, alcohol, vanilla extract, sugar), Italian buttercream (sugar, egg whites, butter, water), orange paste (glucose syrup, invert sugar, orange juice, citric acid, flavouring, thickener [tragacanth], stabilizer [sorbitol], colour [carotenes], antioxidant [ascorbic acid], preservative [potassium sorbate]).
