Honoring my Dutch heritage and inspired by my time working as a chef in the Netherlands, our Stroopwafel Cookie ice cream sandwich features house-made spiced brown sugar cookies crafted and inspired by the classic Dutch stroopwafel. Each sandwich is filled with our creamy double vanilla bean ice cream (or almond vanilla bean for dairy free) and stuffed with a pool of gooey caramel, creating a symphony of creamy, and chewy textures in every bite.
