Ice cream baklava: our spin on the classic Turkish dessert, featuring layers of crispy phyllo dough, creamy pistachio ice cream, topped with rose dust and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup. A delightful fusion of textures and flavors!

Ingredients: Ice cream: Pistachio paste, organic cane sugar, almond, coconut butter, salt guar gum. Phyllo pastry: Enriched wheat flour, water, corn starch, wheat gluten, vegetable oil, sugars (dextrose), salt, yeast. Topping: rose powder, honey or maple syrup.
